And if they ARE busy, sometimes it will take a minute. Just because YOU'RE there and need someone to answer a question on an ointment or something doesn't mean they need to drop EVERYTHING for YOU. And my guess is that person was probably eating because they were oh I don't know... hungry? Don't let the review of some crabby needy person sway your view of this cvs.
