  What a great place! I brought my newly adopted 2 year old Doc in for the board and train program and it has made a huge difference. The trainers and staff overall are very knowledgeable and great at what they do. Doc can be a very stubborn dog and within the 3 weeks they trained him he started to sit, lay, roll over and stay on command. They also worked with me to show the proper commands and how to handle him properly. I would recommend them very highly to all of my friends and family. I have also been utilizing them for their daycare and boarding which has been a great experience also. Doc is excited when we get there and so is the staff. You can tell by the way he greets them that he is treated extremely well while in their care. Great job Lucky Pets! I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

  Honestly, the work it takes to get your dog in to daycare is ridiculous. I did the registration online and then called to schedule an assessment. They require a list of vaccinations form your vet prior to even scheduling this assessment. Most places will call your vet for you and get it but Lucky Pets has the client do this themselves. I also asked for times they schedule assessments so I could try and work in into my calendar and they had barely anything available. The assessment has to be done with a trainer and they almost never have anyone there. Also, the women I talked to said they only had the schedule for 1 week and had no idea when a trainer would be in the following week. As someone who has worked in this industry at other locations, I can say that this is poor customer service on Lucky Pet's part. I won't even bother going through with the assessment after getting no helpful service in my phone call with this place.
